Freedom of Information in South Australia
The Freedom of Information Act 1991 gives you the right to:
- Access legally available documents in the possession of State and Local Government and South Australian Universities; and
- Amend documents that relate to you which are incorrect, incomplete, out-of-date or misleading.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 1991, (FOI) all CTP claims activities of MAC are exempt. Therefore it is only documentation with regard to the Non-CTP activities of MAC, which is accessed by the FOI Act 1991.
