Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 1991 (FOI) gives you the right to:

·         Access legally available documents in the possession of State and Local Government and South Australian Universities; and

·         Amend documents that relate to you which are incorrect, incomplete, out-of-date or misleading.

Under the FOI Act, all CTP claims activities of MAC are exempt. Therefore it is only documentation with regard to the Non-CTP activities of MAC, which is accessed by the FOI Act 1991.
