Had a crash?

The following information may help after a crash:

Call '000' (Police, emergency services, ambulance)
Provide assistance to others at the scene if you can
Put your hazard lights on and take care at the scene. If possible, move your vehicle to the side of the road
Exchange contact and registration details with other drivers(s). If there are witnesses, get their contact details too
Report the crash to Police. This should be done within 24 hours. Write down the report reference number (you may need it if you make an insurance claim)
Seek medical attention

Contact your insurance company to see if you are eligible to make a claim for vehicle damage (you are not covered for vehicle damage by Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance, which is paid as part of your car registration)
Contact SA's CTP claims manager, Allianz, to see if you are eligible to make a claim for personal injury compensation.
