MAC partners with SAPOL to deliver road safety education to the South Australian community. MAC’s funding enables SAPOL to allocate four dedicated staff members to deliver road safety education programs. The road safety education programs reach a cross section of the South Australian community, educating the public on road safety behavioural issues.
SAPOL conduct a number road safety education programs that are tailored to different South Australian demographics. By modifying these education programs MAC and SAPOL can ensure that relevant road safety messages are being delivered. SAPOL’s Road Safety Education Programs are delivered to:
- Preschool Children
- Primary School Children
- Secondary School Children
- TAFE colleges and apprentices
- Business and Communities
The programs focus on behavioural issues of both drivers, pedestrians and passengers.
