We are all road users and have a responsibility to look after our fellow road users
These behavioural issues are the largest factors contributing to trauma on our roads.
The Motor Accident Commission (MAC) and MFS delivered the Road Awareness Program to the Moonta Area and Minlaton District Schools on Monday and Tuesday, October 22-23.
MAC has been working with the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service (SAMFS) for a number of years to enable the delivery of the Road Awareness Program.
Road safety education, including the RAP program, is an important part of building and maintaining a positive road safety culture amongst our younger generations and key to ensuring positive road trauma trends and the prevention of loss of life and serious injuries on our roads.
